Look for pork ribs, brisket, chicken and E&J’s signature homemade links from the Rohnert Park smokers starting sometime this summer. This restaurant will be the first foray into the North Bay for the business that was founded by Dorothy Everett and her daughters in 1973. Oakland’s legendary Everett and Jones Barbeque is joining the Sonoma County’s Graton Resort & Casino. The slot machines may start spinning beef links instead of cherries and 7’s this summer. Their restaurants are currently limited to the East Bay. In years past, the barbecue chain had operated eateries in the Central Valley and San Francisco.
